Louie's Prime started in the Summer of 2005, with the goal of bringing the finest quality food and atmosphere to the Pocono's. Continuing the tradition established in 1974, Louie's brings to the Pocono Northeast a traditional New York Steak House featuring Great Prime Aged Steaks, Terrific Seafood and Appetizers to die for.
